missingWrote a review on Sept 28spacious roomample spacestrange odorhard mattressfilthy pool
The room was spacious, providing ample space for our belongings. However, a strange odor lingered throughout the space, and the mattress was uncomfortably hard, leading to back pain for several days. Additionally, the pool was in poor condition, looking filthy and uninviting, making us avoid it completely.

The kitchenette was nice, but it was literally empty. Had to buy my own pot if I wanted to cook anything! Not exactly what I expected on a family trip. Plus, the room was supposed to be clean, but you wouldn't believe. dirty sock in the drawer! that’s disgusting!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it ain’t worth the price.

spacious but needs minor updates
The queen suite offered plenty of space for my family, which made our stay comfortable. The full kitchen set up allowed us to enjoy meals together easily, and we loved the friendly and accommodating staff.
While the size of the suite was great, some areas felt a bit dated.

great walking access to parks and downtown attractions
I loved being able to stroll to Vernon Worthen Park, just a short walk from my room, and exploring the unique shops and historic buildings in downtown St George was delightful, making the whole experience feel cozy and welcoming, but it would be nice if the hotel updated some of the furnishings for a more modern touch.

missingWrote a review on Mar 31convenient locationresponsive staffhorrible smelldirty conditionsproperty junk
I booked a King Room Non-Smoking for two nights. The location was great, very convenient for my needs, which I appreciated. The staff was accommodating and responsive to my requests, fixing the bathroom sink that wouldn't drain overnight. However, the room was really disappointing. It had a filthy microwave and a dirty landline phone that I didn't want to touch. There was junk all over the property, which made it feel neglected. The place smelled horrible, and I ended up with a migraine from it. For $150 a night, I expected much better cleanliness, but I couldn't leave because there weren't other options in town due to sports events. It's a shame because I did like the responsive staff but the overall state of the place just didn't sit well with me.
